Payment Terms
Pre-Orders on specially offered merchandise will not be charged for until actual shipping of merchandise. All information is given only to verify the validity of the pre-order request.
Payment must be received in full before shipment, Online Access Networks, Inc. accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Diners, Online Access Networks, Inc. payment items are subject to change without notice at Online Access Networks, Inc. sole discretion
No Purchase Orders unless prior arrangements with our corporate office
No Personal Checks

Shipping and Handling
Product prices do not include shipping and handling. All shipping charges will be borne by the Customer. Online Access Networks, Inc. will normally use UPS shipping. However, Online Access Networks, Inc. will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier means of shipment.
Taxes
Prices do not include any sales, local or other similair taxes, State and local tax will be added for shipments to some states. All other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is the responsability of Customer to file a claim with the carrier.
Warranties
Online Access Networks, Inc. makes no warranties except those stated on the Sanyo / Fisher product instruction, manuals or cards included with the products. This also applies to products from any manufactures items found on our site. Online Access Networks Inc. expressly disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purchase.
Product Warranties
All product warranties for products sold by Online Access Networks, Inc. are available from the resepective manufacture
Limitation of Liability
A party's liability shall be limited to the price paid for the product. In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from performance or failure to perform under this sale, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or service sold pursuant to herto, whether due to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligance, etc. Nethier party shall have any liability to the other for indirect or punitive damages or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
Return Policy
Online Access Networks, Inc. Satisfaction Policy allows for products purchased directly from OANI.NET to be returned by Customer after obtaining a Online Access Networks, Inc. Return Authorization Number (RMA) during the 14 day period following date of shipment by Online Access Networks Inc. for a credit or replacement of purchase price actually paid.
The RMA number may be obtained from OANI.NET support at 1-954-229-1936, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. All returned products must be sent back with freight prepaid, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMA's are valid for only 30 days from issuance. Customer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risks of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Online Access Networks, Inc.
Online Access Networks, Inc. will replace the returned product with a new replacement unit.
No replacement unit will be shipped until after the return product is received and inspected by Online Access Networks, Inc.
If Customer returns product to Online Access Networks, Inc.
(1) without a RMA from Online Access Networks, Inc. or
(2) beyond the 14 day period
(3) without proper packaging, or
(4) without all parts and accessories
(5) with all inserts and warranty cards intact
There is a 15% restocking fee for all other returns. Defective merchandise will be replaced
Software purchases must be unopened
After 14 days, the manufactures warranty applies, and all merchandise must be returned to the manufacture
Online Access Networks, Inc. retains the right to either refuse delivery of the returned product or charge Customer a restocking fee

Governing Law / Waiver of Jury Trial
Sales shall be governed by and construed under laws of the State of Florida, Juristdiction and venue for all disputes shall lie in Broward County, State of Florida, being place where customer's order has been received and/or accepted. The parties hereby waive trial by jury with respect to any dispute relating to this agreement or customers order.
